Ontario Tees ships Canada Wide, excluding Quebec due to the implemented language law and our inability to operate 100% in French for our Quebec Customers.
Our Canadian shipping rates are depicted in the graphic. We do not ship to PO Boxes
American Orders
We currently do no ship orders to the USA
Woodstock Pick Up
Unfortunately the Woodstock pick up option has been put on hold effective November 5th 2024, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Returns Policy
Returns /Exchanges * Contact us via email for any website fulfillment or defect issues with your order within 5 days or receipt. If an incorrect item was shipped by us the returned item must be shipped out within 5 business days of contact if authorization is given for a RMA, return shipping at buyers expense. Please contact us within this time frame. Note: We are unable to accept the return of goods that have been decorated or altered. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise for correct style, colour, and size prior to decorating or altering in any way.*
